About late delivery
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare cases, orders are displayed after the expected delivery date.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
NO, we can’t send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Wrong Address: Please keep in mind that if you have given us the wrong address and you aren’t there, we will reserve the product in our store again. For furnishing the incorrect Address, You Have to Bear the total Shipping Cost.

My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at ( email support) within 24 hours after placing your order. Our Customer service representative will check your order and confirm ASAP.

Change of Address: when your order transition is started, We cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us at email [email protected] or call +1 270-363-7264 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the product’s price as displayed on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 pm CST (GMT-6) every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 pm CST (GMT-6) Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm, Monday will be delivered.

We cannot process orders or deliver on USA Bank Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
